Terms and conditions

The daily rate includes breakfast and free Wi-Fi internet;

The hotel has a small, rotating private car park that is offered free of charge to its customers, however, we do not guarantee or reserve spaces;

Check-in starts from 14:00;

Check-out can be done until 12:00;

Reception is open 24h;

Kitchen works from 07:00 to 23:00;

Breakfast hours:

- Monday to Friday: 06:30 to 09:00;

- Weekends and holidays: 06:30 to 10:00;

We do not accept checks;

We accept all cards;

Pets are not allowed in the hotel;

Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel;

Minors must be accompanied by those responsible or have legal authorization. It is mandatory to present the documents at the hotel;

Early check-in subject to availability and additional charge;

Late check-out subject to availability and additional charge;

One child up to 6 years old is free per apartment booked. The child will be accommodated in the same bed as the parents;

Children from 7 years old will be charged as adults;

There is no refund for cancellations and changes that do not comply with the conditions stipulated in the cancellation and changes policies;

The hotel will not make a refund in case of no-show or early departure of the guest.
